Summary
Sam doesn't stop drinking blood after Lilith's death. Instead, he runs off and kidnaps a new demon, not realizing the Hell plots he's getting himself into. Dean's left to stop the apocalypse, and, hindered as he is by Sam's disappearance and a tag-along author who really, really wants him to star in her next novel, life pretty much sucks. Or... Season 5 if Sam took the darker path.
