Summary
On their quest to prepare for the unsealing of the Temen-Ni-Gru, Arkham tasks Vergil with helping to unseal a Hellgate long since sealed away by Sparda: the barrier between the Japanese world of Humans and its section of the Demon Realm. Along the way, he finds new friends, new enemies, and, somehow, a new appreciation for human weakness.
