Disabled Doesn't Mean Useless

Izumi Midoriya lost use of her legs at a young age. After having her dream shot down by everyone she decides that just because she's disabled doesn't mean she's useless. She decides to build equipment to help people, but realizes what she could build for herself and maybe give her a chance at her own dream. She can be a disabled hero with the power of technology.
