America has fallen after World War Three, all the nations combined power was too much and the superpower's reign has come to an end. Or has it? Even with America officially gone and the personification killed by his own brother, is the war done for? When Canada meets a young man who resembles Alfred at the head of a resistance group he begins to think it's not over yet.
