Summary
Vincent, Cloud, and Reno are dispatched by Reeve to check out some disturbances near Sector Zero while the rest of the Turks are on a boring mission out in Mideel. Meanwhile, the mad one from Deepground who would be a hero is long past redemption, ready to unleash his insanity on the world above, wiping out much of mankind in his vision for a new, purer race.
