When the D.C. Metro area falls under a tornado warning, Gibbs heads to his basement after calling his team and ordering them to take shelter wherever they are. Somehow, they take that to mean 'drive like heck to Gibbs' house and get to his basement', which one by one, they all do. Written for WEE on NFA.
