Summary
Passione receive intel about a man named Sojka, who, years ago, had paid Diavolo a fortune to acquire a Stand Arrow. Now with Diavolo defeated, a new threat stands in his shadow, forming an organization of Stand Users in Slovakia. Though his motives are unknown, it is enough for Passione to assume he is as bad as Diavolo...or even worse.
