Yellow Stardust

Rose has never been to New York before, so the Doctor decides to fix that! However, the TARDIS doesn't take them exactly where they wanted to go, and come face to face with a strange dark-haired, green eyed boy who happens to be pointing a three-foot-long sword at them.
