Summer of 1986 (SYOC APPS OPEN)

Outer Banks, NC. It was supposed to be their last hurrah, a whole summer in a beach house with good friends, good times and good parties, not to mention drugs, sex, & alcohol. Instead a motley looking crew of kids in their late teens and early 20's banded up to save a touristy seaside town from Russians and prevent the Cold War from ending the world from going into the upside down.
