Chip's temper after a mission leads to him and Dale splitting to the point where Dale quits the team at a critical point where he's needed the most. As the Rangers try to stop Nimnul who is trying to cause a new ice age, Chip is injured in the process resulting in Dale having to make dire decisions to save his fallen team.
