Evil has been reborn and a new generation of Charmed Ones were born. As The Source returns to reclaim the throne of the Underworld, all demons new and old decide they have a score to settle. As this Second Generation come into their powers, they learn that Magic's not all it's chocked up to be as they're forced to survive not only demons and each other... but high school.
