As the Mist Settles

Due to subterfuge and trickery, Naruto is on the run from his home with the Scroll of Seals on his back, his dreams thoroughly crushed. Through a trick of fate, and an unfortunate meeting, he is given a second chance. Now the Mizukage, a leader of a broken nation, it is up to him to heal it, bring prosperity to his new home, and make sure it shines, a beacon in the settling mist.
