If You'll Have Me

Sasuke and Naruto have been friends forever and entering high school, they become boyfriends. But the transition into high school causes them to be distant but Naruto finds out he's pregnant and goes to tell Sasuke, only to end in heart break. He seeks comfort in Sasuke's older brother, Itachi. Its a race to Naruto's heart and stepping up to be a father.
