During their rampage across the Earth, Future 17 and 18 never thought they'd be held accountable for their actions until a spikey-haired Saiyan showed up and put them in their place. Now in the afterlife, the duo quickly found out King Kai had something in store for them, something that's supposed to make them regret their past deeds and make them wish they have another chance.
