Team Rocket and the Pan Am Connection

Summary
On December 21st, 1988, Pan Am Flight 103 crashed in Lockerbie, Scotland killing all 259 people on board and 11 on the ground. When it is discovered that Team Rocket smuggled a suitcase containing two explosive Pokemon on the plane, Bounty Hunter Irene "Rally" Vincent and Bomb Specialist Minnie May Hopkins are tasked with hunting down it's leader, Elizabeth "Madame Boss" Sakami.
