Remnants of Fear

In S5 Ep15, Remnants, an alien pod is discovered and members of the expedition experience hallucinations. Weeks have passed and John Sheppard hasn't told anyone about his torture at the hands of his old enemy, but can't stop thinking about the fake Kolya's words: 'You torture yourself every day.'
