Area 11

Area 11, the newest corner of the Britannian Empire, with a prospering economy and equality for Elevens. Or so they say. Many are unhappy with this regime, and one Lelouch vi Brittania, a prince in hiding, uses his newly-gained supernatural powers to lead a revolution as Zero, a masked messiah. So, Britannia contacts the mightiest mercenary army on Earth to combat him: Outer Haven.
