Two high school students, Virgil and Ruby gain the ability to control electromagnetism, along with the ability to control both magnetism and gravity. They began to use their new powers to fight evil, with the help of their best friends, Richie and Allie. As they go through their lives as heroes, they meet new Bang Babies with unique powers as they become their allies or enemies.
