No one realises that Neville is being abused by his great uncle until Professor McGonagall hears the concerns of the other Heads of House. The situation is made worse by the Headmaster's ineptitude and when Inspector Umbridge turns up things do not go to plan, and then Minerva's past bites her in the buttocks.
