Summary
Sauron has not been seen or heard from in years. Some believe him dead. Others think he is still alive, planning his next moves. Without a strong leader the political situation in Mordor comes to a head as various tribes vie for power. Meanwhile, The Witch-King battles Saruman in an attempt to seize control of Isengard.
