A new villain is in Gotham and when he starts to target the Wayne family, the Bat bros fight back but when no one knows who he truly is and how he gets his information it becomes impossible to track him down. But the family doesn't give up and when all they all start to take notice in everyone's strange behavior they all question if the villain is one of them.
