Two years passed since the fall of the Regime. Earth was at peace until a new Masters of Evil emerge and threaten that peace. If that wasn't enough the Regime are slowly picking themselves up and plan on saving the world their way. With all of these going on what will Spider-man and the Secret Avengers do?
