A small neighborhood in Gotham's Chinatown, Sapling. Unremarkable, except for their Asian styled restaurants and medicinal clinics. When Black Mask mistakes this as a weakness, he tries his luck with taking it over. He never would have thought that with this he would awaken a sleeping dragon. A magical community forgotten throughout the passages of time.
