Kurotsuki

Kuri Hikawa is the warden of Cochlea, born a miko with the power of purification, and most importantly, the power to seal a kagune. She also has the power to strip it, but refuses to use it. In return for using her power at Cochlea, she is able to force non-lethal ghoul takedowns in the CCG. But everything changes when she meets Ken Kaneki—the ghoul she cannot save.
