A Hong Kong Arrow Adventure

Oliver Queen evolved from a college drop-out to a deadly assassin while he was away from home. How did this happen? Part of the process was assisted by Amanda Waller, who recruited Oliver into a newly created organization. This is my AU take on how part of that evolution into an assassin could have happened. Mostly AU with parts from the show as well. Now multi-chapter.
