Piltovian Nights

Luxanna is suppose to go to Piltover, to inspect the newest Hextech inventions for her homeland. But she decides to take a short trip to the undercity instead, for her own exploration. There, she meets a mysterious, young, blue haired girl. She couldn't quite pinpoint it, but there was something about this woman that felt... Different.
