Chance or Fate (Draco Malfoy)

A series of events happened that were either by chance or fate. They weren't all good and yet not all of them were bad either. These events involved two individuals, (First Name) (Last Name) and Draco Malfoy. The encounters they had with each other changed their lives in more ways than either could have possibly imagined.
