Six years after the events of Days of Future Past, Xavier's School for the Gifted is flourishing and things are surprisingly, pleasantly peaceful. Until an unexpected visitor in the form of Erik collapses on Charles' doorstep, in need of help. He's made some nasty enemies, and unfortunately, he's not the only one.
