Summary
The war is now over and the Decepticons had been arrested. Optimus and Elita are now bonded. They make a brand new offer to the Decepticons in prison to be reborn or stay in prison forever. All of them reject except Starscream. Soon he is reborn as a seeker child with cerebral palsy and gets adopted by Optimus and Elita. Now he is determined to be one who will inspire others.
