Thank You Fred (Sad future Harry Potter Scenario)

It is the anniversary of the Battle at Hogwarts and George Weasley and his family go to visit the grave of his late twin when his son, Fred Weasley II puts a tiny rock into his hand telling him that his uncle Fred wants to talk to him.
