North Kai says it's critical he sends Goku to Lord Beerus' (or Bills') Temple. When he gets there, the matter isn't urgent whatsoever. Why would Lord Beerus, God of Destruction, invite the Sayin over for a simple buffet? Does the God still wish to destroy Earth, or will he change his mind after a chat with the Universes greatest hero? (Takes place after Battle of the Gods Movie)
