A Change for the Lost

He watches over the town silently as the wounds of a prior mistake haunt him and the town as a whole. The empty streets serve little company, while the Light start to cook up a plan for the league and the citizens of Earth. The team moves to recruit a lost soul who may just want to be found more than he's letting on. Not a TUE fic.
