Coming Home

Ben doesn't get offered the Assistant City Manager job in Pawnee and has to go back on the road for the state government. As his job gets him a new partner and takes him to new cities, Ben has to figure out if this is all worth him being away from the only town, and the only person, where he ever really felt at home.
