While out on a boat ride, Rosie sets anchor at Skipper Pavilion, a place she often enjoys coming to train and meditate. While there, she stumbles upon the meditation of the legendary Splat Fighter, Rosa. Things start off slow, but once the common love for martial arts is brought into life, things get exciting for them!
