Summary
Four turtles were mutated and raised as ninja in the middle of New York. One day, they come across a ninja girl and they follow her to Japan. When they arrive, they find themselves in the middle of a battle between the good ninja of Hanzo to the evil ninja of Hebijo. Can these four turtles turn the tide in this war for balance?
