A Tattoo Artist Without Tattoos

While accompanying her best friend as he makes a ridiculous choice of tattoos, Rumi ends up meeting a strange tattoo artist, Fuyumi, who doesn't have any tattoos on herself despite them being her passion. Rumi's not the type to stick around, she's intrigued by this woman, especially after she comes to Rumi's flower shop to get a gift for a wedding they'll both be attending.
