Learning to Swim - A Creek (Craig x Tweek) Fanfic

Over the course of many years Tweek and Craig support each other as friends and as lovers, from grade school to college, Colorado to California, to go through the challenges queer people often face but manage to have the happy ending they deserve. The focus is on healing so I've filled the last two chapters with lots of mental health tools and further reading if you need it :) xox
