When Kaelix returns to the outside world she isn't entirely unscathed. Having finally learned the identity of her parents and that her father is very much alive, she grapples with feeling more alone than ever. While the Ministry continues to watch her every move she must decide whether uncovering the truth is worth jeopardizing her freedom or if some secrets are better left buried.
