Help!

Hi! I'm looking for a story wherein Snape fell in love with Hermione's mother and adopted harry and a little girl from Gryffindor who experienced the same thing that harry went through as a child and got a similar lightning bolt scar. Hermione's father died and so her mother lives at Hogwarts with her and got a job as a guidance counselor.
