Just as the title says, this is a Can You Keep a Secret AU with Stiles as Emma and Derek as Jack (who in the movie is played by Tyler Hoechlin). When thinking the plane he is on is going to crash, Stiles tells a complete stranger all of his secrets, only to find out later that the stranger is the CEO of the security company he works for.
