Taichi Yagami is is a normal university student and a part-time worker, but he is secretly a street racer who makes a living winning secret racing at Mt. Odaiba, but then fate takes a turn as he meets his would-be protege and trains him to be a racer, while discovering what appeared to be a car-like devices and gadgets as a looming Digimon attack approaches.
