A new begining

At age 8 harry is taken from the abusive Dursleys by the muggle social services and placed in foster care and eventually adopted by his carer. This allows harry to grow up as a normal child and when he eventually gets that all important letter he has a mother and sister to back his corner all the way. Eventual Draco/Harry
