Harry Potter was dropped on the doorstep of his aunt and uncle's house. But did he stay that way? Of course not. No, Remus was not technically allowed to adopt him (werewolf), and everyone else believes in Dumbledore too much. Therefore, what is he to do but get Sirius out. They raise little Harry, of course.
