Summary
An immortal opened an international magical school in 1969, just as Tom Riddle was planning for chaos in 1970, having lost sanity after Ravenclaw's Diadem. Both Dumbledore and Riddle rush to the college to get hidden knowledge. Petunia is also allowed, as squibs have a unique form of magic available. What will become of the magical world now?
