Everyone knows Mr. Filch is the foul tempered caretaker at Hogwarts who takes pride in his job as well as tormenting the students who break the rules. Which causes everyone to steer clear of him. But an unexpected act of kindness from Emily Einhart, a first year Hufflepuff, might just show the grumpy caretaker that he's not so much an outsider that he believed himself to be.
