The TARDIS land on a suspicious beach in blackpool. Will the rain ever stop? Is the TARDIS doomed for a wet, solitary life by the sea? What is this strange rain and why wont it cease it's downpour? Did I already ask why the rain isn't stopping? creative criticism welcome.
