It has been a year since the Freeze, and Elsa is just gaining control over her kingdom again and earning the trust of her people and the surrounding nations. So it is an unwelcome surprise when her advisors are not only pushing for marriage, but a letter is sent from the Southern Isles from the King requesting to mend relations.
