Summary
There's a new Meta-Human loose in the Gem Cities and he's out for blood, leaving a trail of bodies and dust everywhere. He's now got his eyes set on the Flash and everyone he holds dear. It's up to Team Flash to discover this murdering meta-human's plan and put a stop to it, but can anyone stop a Meta-Human who can give both the Flash and the Reverse-Flash a run for their money?
