The Black Rose

A Local queer bar owner, Katrina, has always disliked the police. She vowed to keep her community safe by opening a little "home away from home" called The Black Rose. However, things take a horrible turn when her dear friend is murdered. Kat must put her feelings aside and work with SVU to catch the killer. Can she do that while hiding some developing feelings for Olivia? (S9/10)
