After the Battle of New York, Loki is returned to Asgard to undergo punishment for his crimes. One of which causes him to lose his eyesight. And to add insult to injury, Odin's decided to hand the God of Mischief over to the Avengers, who decide to leave him in Tony's custody for the next little bit of forever.
